Hey, so I'm Alice Redfern, sometimes my friends bug me and call me Aly. But that's cool cause my friends mean the world to me. Of course, the saddening part is that none of them read the Anita Blake series. One reads the Merry Gentry series, but no, not Anita. Don't worry, I'll convert her sooner or later. =] Let's see, well, as far as the Anita Blake series is concerned, you should know that I am a serious NATHANIEL fan, ASHER makes a very close second. Cerulean Sins is my favorite book in the AB:VH series (so far...). I love Photoshop and all it's glory! I love photography as well, and I believe that MUSICALS like wicked, grease, moulin rouge, (etc.) is the way to go! Well, that and Lacuna Coil (particularly their album 'Comalies'. That's one of the things I listen to the most...other than 80s...). But ultimately I listen to everything except jazz, country, and ska. Hmm...what more is there to tell? I think penguins are the cutest animals in the world (well, maybe NOT, but they are up there in the top five...). Anita has me pretty much beat on the collection because I just don't have a collection! I, in fact, have a MUG collection though, and I had that before I read the series and learned of Anita's many mugs...so much in common between the two of us. =] I love reading and writing, I used to (attempt very poorly) at writing fanfiction (not for Anita Blake). But I just wasn't satisfied with it and took it down. Now I just write to write for myself because I enjoy it. I really don't see any another reason to do so. If you don't enjoy it, if you don't live for it, then why do it? I always have a book in my purse, and with how large the LKH books are getting to be; and how tiny my purse is, it's a little tricky sometimes. Still, a girl's gotta try, right? The correct answer to that question is yes. ;) Oh, and I forgot to mention that I have a thing for making little smiley faces! =] Let's see, well, in case you haven't already noticed, I have a thing for Disney(c), especially my namesake, Alice, and I'll tell you why. All Alice does is drift off into Wonderland, all she has to do is close her eyes and she's in an amazing, thrilling land of, well, wonder. Ultimately, I just love and cherish the story itself. Whether Disney brings the book to life, or Dreamworks, it doesn't matter either way to me. It's just something to cling to. Close your eyes, and go places you could never fathom. Alice in Wonderland is, in a word, amazing. So. What do I believe in? I believe in a lot of things. And you don't have to agree with me, because this is me. Not you. And that's just the way the cookie crumbles. =)
So let's go back a couple books to DM and pretend for a second that we didn't know if Anita was pregnant or not, and who her kid's dad was.
Who would you want (find most suitable, whatever your reasons! =\ ) to end up as the father.
I know, I know, she wasn't pregnant, but pretend people, pretend.
My vote's for Nathaniel, and it always will be. Nathaniel groupie through thick and thin. If Nathaniel was out of the picture, despite how freaking UNLIKELY it would be, I'd want Asher. He's had so much crud happen to him throughout his life, maybe having a little ashyy running around would put a smile on his face. Never Richard. Ever, ever, ever. Jean-Claude? What's he gonna do, teach it to run a club? I think not. Jason? Nope, sorry, just not in the cards. Micah? HA! Mr. Vasectomy...how'd he pull that off. But for arguements sake, let's just PRETEND (again) that Micah didn't have a vasectomy, would you want him to be the dad?
Food for thought people, food for thought. Who would you vote for, for the baby daddy?

Do you?
That's true, he doesn't. But I would be a little hesistant about Micah because I'd worry about him and his furry coalition. If he dropped that, some lycanthropes might have some....problems. But if he didn't drop it, he'd be getting phone calls in the middle of the night and have to leave Anita home with the kid. I'm leaning towards Nathaniel because he could drop everything and be okay to raise a kid. Plus, he's got the whole 'Anita's wife' thing going for him...lol.. Still, Micah and Nathaniel (either, or) are (in my opinion) the best options.
